ODDCOIL is an independent creative shop for people who like their surroundings a little stranger. Our designs draw inspiration from nature’s odd corners, unexpected textures, and things that don’t always fit neatly into the ordinary.

Yes. Most ODDCOIL products are made to order, which means your item is produced specifically for you after you place your order.

Because of this, please allow time for production before your order ships.

Production and delivery times vary depending on the product, your location, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and delays can occasionally happen.

ODDCOIL products are made to order through our production partners. Because we work with different fulfillment facilities, the location where your order is produced can vary depending on the product and destination.

Yes. ODDCOIL’s artwork and designs are created specifically for the brand.

Please don’t reproduce, copy, modify, or commercially use our artwork without permission.

Small variations in colour, texture, print placement, or appearance can occur during the production process.

Colours may also look different depending on your screen and device settings. These minor variations aren’t considered defects.

Refunds & Returns

Because our products are made to order, we may not be able to make changes or cancel an order once it has entered production.

If you need to make a change, email us at shopoddcoil@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.

Because our products are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size or colour, or no longer want the item.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund where applicable.

Shipping

We ship to selected countries worldwide from the US. Available shipping destinations and rates will be shown at checkout.

Not necessarily. If your order contains multiple products, they may be produced and shipped from different fulfillment facilities, so your items may arrive separately.

Don’t worry, you’re not missing anything. Your other package may simply be on its way.

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after shipment.

If you notice an error, contact us at shopoddcoil@gmail.com as soon as possible. We may not be able to change the address once your order has entered production.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, additional shipping or replacement costs may apply.

For international orders, your country may charge customs duties, import taxes, or other fees.

These charges are determined by your destination country and are the customer’s responsibility. ODDCOIL does not control these charges.
