Because our products are produced individually, minor variations in colour, texture, print placement, or appearance may occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

We reserve the right to update product information, discontinue products, or modify designs and availability at any time.

3. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are requesting to purchase the products in your order.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and we have confirmed your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in reasonable circumstances, including suspected fraud, pricing or product errors, product availability issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund for the amount paid.

Because our products are made to order, cancellation requests may not be possible once an order has entered production.

Please review your order carefully, including your product selection, size, colour, and shipping address, before completing your purchase.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed on the relevant product pages and at checkout.

Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, prices may not include shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by your destination country.

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment and billing information.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Our products are made to order and fulfilled through third-party production and shipping providers.

Production and delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, fulfillment location, and shipping method selected.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For international orders, your country may impose customs duties, import taxes, or other fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. If an order cannot be delivered or is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, additional shipping or replacement costs may apply.

6. Refunds, Replacements and Damaged Items

Because ODDCOIL products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you changed your mind, selected the wrong size or colour, or no longer want the item.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photo or video evidence of the issue so that we can assess it.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement or refund.

You generally do not need to return a damaged or defective product unless we specifically request that you do so.

All content associated with ODDCOIL, including our name, logo, artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs, graphics, product designs, written content, website design, and other original materials, belongs to ODDCOIL or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

ODDCOIL’s online store is hosted by Shopify.

Shopify provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and process transactions, but your purchase is made directly from ODDCOIL.

Shopify is not the seller of ODDCOIL products and is not responsible for the products you purchase from us.
